Open procurements

Estonian Stockpiling Agency ensures operating supplies in accordance with the procedures provided in Estonian Public Procurement Act. The exception is the purchase, sale and storage of liquid fuels, which Estonian Stockpiling Agency arranges through derogations in the meaning of Public Procurement Act.
